This was a recommendation by a friend and he was so right when he said this place serves awesome ramen. Loved the ramen I ordered. It was perfect. I am definitely going back. The decor is subtle but lovely. The chairs and tables comfortable and the service attentive. It does get busy during regular meal times but outside of those hours, it is a lot more relaxed.
I eat at this restaurant frequently. I have also eaten at other Kenzo Ramen locations. Always one of my favorite Japanese ramen restaurants. Great flavours and delicious freshly made noodles. Always a good quantity of food in the ramen bowl. Ordered the Sapporo miso ramen (vegetarian version), and it was as delicious as usual.
We visited this ramen spot in Barrie last week and, as usual, the food was delicious especially the ramen, which was rich and satisfying. There was a bit of a wait (around 20–30 minutes) for our order, but it was understandable given how busy it was. The service was good and staff were attentive. Overall, still our go-to place for ramen in Barrie and we’ll definitely be back!
